The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or meeting room. While the hotel had all the essential facilities, having a designated area for meetings or business-related activities would have been beneficial.

the original city in dax was great! the room was really clean and the bed was super comfortable. the tv had access to bbc news, and the staff spoke english which was really helpful. breakfast was included in the room rate and there were lots of options. the hotel was in a good location with lots of restaurants nearby, and car parking was free and close by.

The thermal water treatments provided a soothing and rejuvenating experience, leaving me feeling refreshed and invigorated. Another delightful feature was the Aqua Terra Spa, where I had the pleasure of embarking on a sensory journey through treatments infused with captivating scents from around the world. To enhance my overall well-being, I also indulged in a series of thermal hydrotherapy sessions at the Thermes de l'Avenue, which proved to be an excellent solution for relieving tension and promoting relaxation. , the phlebology sessions focused on maintaining my vein and lymphatic systems, ensuring my physical comfort throughout my stay.

The room appeared dirty, and when I requested a change, the receptionist seemed rather unhappy and mentioned the presence of a kitchenette as the justification.

Ideal for a short stay, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are remarkably inexpensive, especially considering the attention to detail. The rooms are well-refurbished and offer basic amenities like a Nespresso machine and a lovely bathroom. The staff are charming and provide excellent service. The location is also great, with lots of parking available and a nice Italian restaurant just around the corner. I had a great night's sleep and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
